How do you present a complex new technology in a way that feels personal, valuable, and above all else trustworthy? Our challenge was the holistic creative development of a new AI-focused smart home brand including strategy, messaging, and visuals. Psync needed to revisit its first round of brand creative and website building a more aspirational, friendly, and human brand story to penetrate an already saturated market.

The Psync brand strategy, messaging, and visuals are centered around the idea of technology designed for you, to complement your daily life, and empower deeper connections with the things you love. Our key message “Your Moments, Your Way” sets the stage for telling the story of our versatile products that put you in control.

We captured our story in aspirational and relatable settings highlighting benefits and use cases to appeal to specific and broad audiences. We created a user experience that shows why, how, and what our audience needs to understand the value and benefit of our brand. We used our brand pillars to create focus and definition in our messaging and page hierarchy.

CAPTURING ATTENTION AND TELLING THE PSYNC STORY WITH IMPACT

The new Psync brand rolled out over the span of just 2 months from start to finish revising how the brand looks and talks, boosting our appeal and purpose across the board. Our work improved engagement and bounce rate by 20%+ while also reducing production costs by 25%.
